Amazing service! We we're stuck for a few hours without a car and hired e-bikes. The attendant was very helpful and gave us a canal route to follow and even went with us on a bike for the first few minutes to make sure we were on the correct route. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

This is a superlative bike shop. Despite being a luxury brand, the staff care about cycling and go out of their way to help even if you donât ride a Giant. Good people. So nice in fact I might start saving and buy one of their bikes :-)
